Sick of the "War"

I have never been so sick to hear about the war in Iraq. I also know that people are sick of people bitching about the war but this is one thing that I have to do. I have never really bitched about this but I have to now. I know that people believe that this war is doing the people of Iraq good but what about the people that have loved ones there fighting? This is not helping them. Most people get news that their loved one has been killed or injured. That is nothing that anyone should have to hear. This is so stupid to be fighting over there when we have a country of our own that is screwed up. There is no real reason that we are over there. If there is one then I want to hear it. I have never been so tired of hearing of this happening that I want to know WHY? I normally don't question what our country is doing but this is something that I will gladly question this. There should be no reason for us to be there. Bring the troops home and make it so that people here don't have to hear that they have lost someone that meant the world to them. Of all the things that I have learned about in history that our country has done this is the worst and the most terrible of a mistake. What are we going to when someone does get tired of this and attacks America? There maybe a lot of people here that are ready able to help but most of our resources are being focused in Iraq and there is no way that we are going to be able to pull them out without losing a great deal of people here first. Yeah people are constantly killing other people but that is mostly in our own country where they will be caught and charged with murder. Our soldiers over there are coming home with wounds that they would never have if it was not for this so called "war". I really never thought that this nation could sink so low. I know that most people support the "war on terrorism" but we are really the terrorist because we have declared war on a country that is not even as big as us or have the same resources that we have. Our soldiers are also coming home with things that are wrong in their heads. They may have been trained to kill people but we have grown a conscience and probably have never really fired a weapon at another human without feeling that they have done something really horrible. They come home and close up on themselves and that makes their family members worry about them. Much of the world maybe brutal, cruel, and dark but there is not much we can do. We can not just barge into a country and demand that they give up their government that most of the people have known for all their lives. They are not going to give up just because someone tells them to. I have seen some devastating things that have happened to people and this is another thing to add to that list. I know that most people want to believe that this is for the better but for who?
